
When Brett Bejcek launched Reliable Roofing & Restoration in Cleveland, Ohio, three years ago, he wanted to build roofs and a company that could support his family and his future. By the company’s second year, Brett was no longer running things alone. His brother Michael joined as operations manager, stepping into a leadership role that would change the course of Reliable Roofing’s story.
“In my second year, my brother came to work with us.
